Defendants Prayer : Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of Original Side Rules read with Order XXXIV Rule 4 of CPC to pray for judgment and decree against the defendants as follows:- a) to direct the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.1,24,10,301/- together with interest at the rate of 2% per month (i.e., 24% per annum) on Rs.20,00,000/- from the date of plaint till date of payment within the time stipulated by this Court b)in default, of the defendant paying as therein mentioned within the time granted by this Court order for sale of the schedule mentioned property and proceeds late defraying thereabout the 1/4
expenses of the sale applied in and towards the payment of the said principal, interest and cost of this Suit. c) For a direction that in case the proceeds of the sale of the schedule mentioned property are found to be insufficient for the payment in full of the decree amount, the defendant may be ordered to pay the plaintiff's the amount of such deficiency with interest and cost till date of realization;
