The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous. He has also made the following endorsement to that efffect:- "The complaint in C.C.No.5646/2018 before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-2) Allikulam, Chennai has been dismissed for default for non-appearance of complainant vide order dated 27.10.2022, this Criminal Original Petition become infructuous and suitable order may be passed and thus render justice."
2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
