O.P.No.195 of 2017 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities left behind by late Mr.M.Diwakar who died intestate on 28.07.2009 leaving behind the petitioner and the respondents as his legal heirs.

2. The petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased Mr.M.Diwakar as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2.

3. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioner and the respondents are the legal representatives of the deceased Mr.M.Diwakar. The respondents have filed their consent affidavits for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner. The said consent affidavits have been marked as Ex.P6 and Ex.P7.
