This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required, instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required in Crl.O.P.No.20358 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall report before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore Chennai on every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required and to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 03.11.2023 and no further orders is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
