[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] Ms.Pranaya Dayalu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent vehemently contended that, the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 454 days are not substantiated and therefore, this condone delay petition is to be dismissed.

2. This Court after going through the affidavit and hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, is of the view that, this condone delay petition can be entertained and allowed, of course on terms, therefore, this petition is allowed on terms of payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the respondent by the petitioner and on such payment, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
