Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to remove the encroachments made on the public pathway of Kudavsal Municipality, Thiruvarur District immediately and make the public pathway to easy access to the general public. ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to remove the encroachments made by the fifth respondent in the public pathway of Kudavsal Municipality, Thiruvarur District immediately and to make the public pathway to easy access to the general public.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, accepting notice for the official respondents, submitted that the official respondents will remove the encroachment in the public

pathway made by the fifth respondent within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the official respondents to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent in the public pathway, after giving notice to him, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
