This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the C.C.No.478 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I at Mannargudi to the Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in C.C.No.478 of 2007 is pending for the period of twelve years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mannargudi is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.478 of 2007 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.
