Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to order notional promotion to the petitioners as Forest Guard on par with their juniors by including their name in the panel drawn for the year 2003-2004 with effect from 31.05.2004 as per the order dated 04.06.2012, 15.03.2013, 21.11.2013, 10.01.2014, 03.02.2014, 22.08.2014 and 05.01.2016 passed in W.P.Nos.302, 701, 30776 of 2012, 23918 of 2013, 1005, 1009, 3040, 22786 of 2014 and W.P.No.41098 of 2015 filed by the petitioners and in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 10.10.2014 by considering the representation dated 18.06.2017 of the petitioners with the time limit to be stipulated by this Court.
