This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for

hearing in the presence of Mr.K.Balasubramaniam, Advocate for the Petitioner herein, and Ms.C.Shyamala, Advocate for the respondent herein, and upon reading the Petition filed herein and the order dated 23.02.2021 made in A.No.2097 of 2017 and O.P.No.199 of 2017, t he Court made the following order:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier, visitation rights was granted to the petitioner in A.No.2097 of 2017 on 23.02.2021. He would submit, on instructions, that the petitioner is satisfied with the visitation rights and this O.P. can be disposed of, in terms of the aforementioned order dated 23.02.2021 passed in A. No.2097 of 2017. The said statement is recorded.

2. Accordingly, O.P.No.199 of 2017 is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 23.02.2021 passed in A.No.2097 of 2017. No costs.
