O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to renew the licence No. 46/2002/VBD to stock and sell the crackers and include the son of the Petitioner, viz., Sadam Hussian, as partner in the licence within stipulated period.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Respondents have conducted an enquiry on 06.11.2018 on the representation dated 24.01.2018 made by the Petitioner for renewal of the licence No. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

46/2002/VBD. During the enquiry, the Petitioner informed that due to his age and health, he could not run the shop and so, he wanted to close the application for renewal and he has given letter to that effect to the Second Respondent and a memo to that effect has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges receipt of its copy. Nothing for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
