ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police, to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the final report will be filed shortly.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought in this Petition, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
