These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 1104 days in filing the above appeals.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners submitted that the delay has occurred due to COVID-19 pandemic situation and the delay caused is neither wilful nor wanton and hence, the same may be condoned.

Despite service of notice to the respondents and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
