Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the notification in G.O.Ms.No.204 Revenue (LR 1(1)) dated 10.08.2016 issued by the 1st respondent under sec.18(1) of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling of Land) Act 1961 and the consequential Order No.Na.Ka. 22672/2016/ L.R.dated 29.08.2018 issued by the 4th Respondent and quash both in respect of the 1.85 Acres of land situated in S.No.223 of Kavanur Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and further direct the Respondents to de-notify and remove the above 1.85 Acres of lands from the list of land properties proposed to be acquired for public purposes pursuant to the Impugned notification and proceedings.
