PRAYER in Crl.RC.No.914 of 2019:

Criminal Revision Cases filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in C.M.P.No.11 of 2017 in M.C.No.4 of 2009 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Vellore Dated 06.06.2019 and set aside the same and pass such further or other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
