The relief sought for in this writ petition is with regard to the Auction and Tender Notification issued by the second and third respondents, dated 31.7.2017 for leasing out the entire facilities available in the Wholesale Fish Market at Ukkadam, Coimbatore for three years, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned Tender Notification dated 31.7.2017 was cancelled. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
