This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16844 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required.
