ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent dated 04.09.2024, cancelling the cheque signing power of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned State Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the tenure of the petitioner in the post of President was already over in the year 2025 itself and therefore the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
