This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.210 of 2016, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur, Salem District.

2. Heard Mr.M.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent.

4. In such a view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings, pending against the accused. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
