This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the dated 27.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.11540 of 2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The proceedings in this regard has been produced before this Court. The same was also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
