Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing to 1st to 4th respondents to dispose the petitioner application dated 31.05.2013 in pertain to the issuance of S.T.Hindu Kurumans Community Certificate to petitioner sons viz., J.Prithviraj and J.Varshanraj in this writ petition.

(Order of the Court was made by Nooty.Ramamohana Rao, J) This writ petition is instituted seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 31.05.2013, seeking grant of social status certificate as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a member belonging to Scheduled Tribes.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel for the writ petitioner bring to our notice that such a status certificate has since been granted to the writ petitioner. Hence, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
