The Writ Petition had been filed seeking direction to the First to Third Respondents to take action against the Fourth Respondent under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 and the Public Health Act, 1929, for which he has made a representation dated 26.08.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When it is pointed out that the grievances sought to be ventilated by the Petitioner in his representation dated 26.08.2019 do not fall within the realm of the aforesaid enactments, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and work out his remedies for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law under applicable laws. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
