The petitioner, who arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.07.2025, for an offences punishable under Section 194(3) of B.N.S Act @ 108, 49, 85 of B.N.S Act, in Crime No.201 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.
