For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and in view of no objection reported by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Application is ordered duly impleading the petitioners 4 and 5 herein as petitioners 4 and 5 in the main writ petition being the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd petitioner.

2. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and print the name of Mr.R.Parthibhan as learned counsel for the respondents in the cause-list.

3. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by an order passed by this Court. Hence, post the writ petition under the caption "For Orders" on 29.07.2024.
