PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 23.07.2024 with regard to 1/5th share Compensation amount in respect of land measuring 5 Acres 16 Cents in S.No. 168/1B, in S.No.174/1, S.no.174/2A, S.No.174/2B, S.No.176/10B1, S.No.179/3A, S.No.180/1, S.No. 180/2A in Paranthur- A village, Kancheepuram Taluk and District.

O R D E R
By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioners herein seek a direction to 1st respondent to consider their representation dated 23.07.2024 and pass final orders within a time stipulated by this Court.

It is the case of the petitioners that 5 acres and 16 cents of land in S.No. 168/1B, S.No.174/1, S.No.174/2A, S.No.174/2B, S.No.176/10B1, S.No.179/3A, S.No.180/1, S.No.180/2A in Paranthur-A village, Kancheepuram Taluk and District originally purchased by 1st petitioner's father-in-law and 2nd petitioner's paternal grand father namely Subramania Pillai. After his death, the 1st petitioner's deceased husband Ravisekar entitled to 1/5th share. Therefore, it is the case of the petitioners that they are entitled to 1/5th share in the property. It is also stated by the petitioners that the above said 2/5
property was acquired by the respondents for construction of new Airport in Paranthur village and the 3rd respondent, who is the brother of 1st petitioner's deceased husband attempting to receive compensation suppressing the entitlement of the petitioners. It is also stated that 3rd respondent obtained legal heir certificate without mentioning the 1st petitioner's husband name. Therefore, the petitioners submitted a representation before the 1st respondent on 23.07.2024 requesting him not to disburse their share of compensation to the 3rd respondent. The said representation has not been considered by the 1st respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners are before this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that representation of the petitioners will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 23.07.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner as well as 3rd respondent.
