This application has been filed seeking to pass an order granting the applicant interim custody of the minor children, Asma Ahmed Imami, born on 22.09.2014 and currently aged about 8.5 years and Aman Ahmed Imami, born on 06.08.2016 and currently aged about 7 years, from 28.09.2023 to 02.10.2023 for a period of 5 days, amounting to half of their midterm vacation.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed the counter by stating that she does not have any objection for sending the children to stay with their father from 2.P.M on 28.09.2023 untill 5.00 PM on 02.10.2023.

3. Since Milad-Un-Nabi falls on 28.09.2023, it appears that for certain religious reasons, the respondent opted to send the children with the applicant at 2.PM on 28.09.2023 4.Since the respondent did not have any serious objection except the timings on 28.09.2023, this application is allowed.

5. The applicant/petitioner is permitted to take the children at 2.00 PM on 28.09.2023 and make them stay him and leave them back at the respondent's residence at 5.00 PM on 02.10.2023. 27.09.2023 jrs https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
