This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial proceedings and also appear before the trial Court for every hearings without fail, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7652 of 2023 on 03.08.2023.

2. It is stated on behalf of the respondent that though the condition is that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial proceedings and also appear before the trial Court during hearing dates without fail, the petitioner had not appeared during the Court hearing dates to conduct the trial and only applications under Section 317 Cr.P.C had been filed. 3.In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions.
