Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ or direction calling upon the records relating to the proceedings in show cause Memo No.20529/Estt.(DP)/A4/2014-1 dated 24.06.2014, issued by the second respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

Though the writ petition is filed by challenging the charge memo issued against the petitioner in proceedings No.20529/Estt.(DP)/A4/2014-1 dated 24.06.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner represented that the enquiry into the charges were already concluded on 18.05.2015 and now the disciplinary authority has to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings. Under these circumstances, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is not insisting the grounds raised in the writ petition for quashing of the charge memo and made a submission it is suffice to issue a direction to the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Considering the fact that the enquiry proceedings are already completed and the enquiry report has also ready for submission, it is suffice if a direction is issued to conclude the enquiry in all respects. Accordingly the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry in all respects in accordance with rules and pass final orders in disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner in proceedings Memo No.20529/Estt.(DP)/A4/2014-1 dated 24.06.2014, within a period of four weeks from the date of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
