This application has been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to bring on the record the legal representatives of the first respondent / first defendant who died during the pendency of the Suit.

2.Considering the fact that the legal representatives of the first defendant are proper and necessary parties to be added in the Suit, this application is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to permit the applicants / plaintiffs to carry out necessary amendment and file amended plaint copy and after amendment, issue notice to the newly added parties returnable by 31.10.2023. Private notice is also permitted.
