O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2207 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1663 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner was granted bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1663 of 2025 dated 21.06.2025 with certain conditions. One of the condition imposed was that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.30.a.m., for 30 days and thereafter, the condition was modified in Crl.M.P.No.2207 of 2025 on 01.08.2025 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu for a period of 30 days. Now, the present petition is filed seeking modification of the said condition since the petitioner is facing life threat.

3. In view of the above, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore for a period of 30 days and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
