(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On perusal of counter affidavit, it is clear that the CD market is running on payment of enhanced fee, while the Central weekly market is paying licence fee as per the earlier rate in view of the pendency of the writ petition in W.P.No.33021 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2013, where interim order has been granted. Civic amenities are also stated to have been provided as listed in the counter affidavit.
2. In view of the aforesaid, no directions are required to be issued in the present petition, which is closed. No costs.
3. W.P.No.33021 of 2013 in which the learned counsel for the third respondent states that counter has been filed be listed before the Bench as per roster.
