2. Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, for the third respondent.
3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent Corporation had submitted that the third respondent or any respondent, would consider the representation of the petitioners dated 6/11/2015 and 4/1/2016 respectively and pass orders thereon, taking into consideration the order passed by the First Bench of this Court, dated 3/9/2015, made in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.18677 of 2014, 14815 of 2013, etc., batch.
4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, as no further orders are necessary, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
