The petitioner has come to this Court challenging the impugned proceedings dated 13.10.2015 passed by the third respondent, after preferring an appeal dated 26.02.2016 before the first respondent and that the said appeal is still pending for consideration.

Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, as the recourse for the petitioner to pursue the same is before the first respondent.
