ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 04.01.2017.

2. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner claims that he has been under long suspension without any basis. According to the petitioner, his suspension order will have to be revoked in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022. He has given a representation for the said purpose on 21.10.2021. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.
4. Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law in the 2/4
light of G.O.Ms.No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2021 seeking for revocation of his suspension order dated 04.01.2017 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
