CMP Nos.22926 & 23274 of 2023 in CMA SR Nos.124480 & 124482 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 2.These Civil Miscellaneous petition have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 298 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 298 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission and print the name of Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent at the time of admission. 6.It is made clear that for the period of delay of 298 days, the appellant will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal. 27.06.2024 ssr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
