ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges encroachment on public street by the private respondent Nos.4 and 5 and seeks necessary action by the respondent authorities, for which he had made a representation on 16.11.2016 with a reminder on 10.12.2016.

2. We, thus, direct the representation of the petitioner to be disposed of in accordance with law by the respondent authorities within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
