ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint lodged by the
petitioner dated 27.06.2022 and investigate the matter and to file the FIR within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted; CSR Number has been assigned in CSR No.357 of 2022 and the same was closed as the matter is civil in nature; closure report is also served on the petitioner.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the closure report, she is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy by invoking Sections 156(3) and 200 of Cr.P.C. 09.11.2022 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No
