This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 197 days in payment of the Court deficit court fee of Rs.11,000/- in S.A.SR.No.30599 of 2024.

2. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 197 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.11,000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Only) in SA.SR.No.30559 of 2024 is condoned.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
