ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we find that the writ petition is completely a premature as only the show cause notice has been issued, to which, according to the learned counsel for petitioner himself, a reply has been sent, though the same has not been placed on record. He submits that there are other two notices sent also, to which he will file a reply within seven days.

2. If the aforesaid be the position, then only if adverse order is passed against the petitioner, he would be entitled to assail the same and that also in accordance with law.
