This petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.133 of 2022.

2. It is a bank fraud case, where the victim is a retired bank Manager who has disclosed the bank details to the unknown person enabling them to siphon the money.

3. Since inter state accused involved in this case, the learned Government Advocate submits that the respondent police requires six months time to complete the investigation.
