ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Chennai, ordering return of articles to the respondent.

2.Against the impugned order, an appeal shall lie before the jurisdictional Sessions Judge under Section 29 of Domestic Violence Act. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Revision Petition. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the jurisdictional Sessions Judge. The petitioners are entitled to exclude the time taken by them in prosecuting the revision petition before this Court, i.e. from 06.08.2025 to date of receipt of copy of this order. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the original main order to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.21205 of 2025 stands closed.
