This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para no.4(c) of an order, dated 12.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14124 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
