ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri. Prabakar appearing for respondent No.2 states that direction in the order dated 18.01.2024 though was to carry out measurement within one month, measurement had been carried out in September 2023 itself and since encroachments were found at that stage itself, now notice has been issued in August 2024 by respondent No.1 to the encroachers. Mr.Prabakar placed on record a copy of the report dated 14.09.2023 and also the notice dated 05.08.2024 issued by respondent No.1.

2. In view thereof, we find no contempt as alleged. Petition is dismissed.
