Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording his statement and the endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the alternative remedy. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.37846 to 37849 of 2016 are also dismissed. No costs.
