PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.18404 of 2023 dated 22.02.2024.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.18404 of 2023 dated 22.02.2024, thereby this Court quashed the proceedings of the first respondent dated 26.03.2021 impugned in the aforesaid writ petition.

2. The first respondent has filed affidavit before this Court stating that the orders passed in the aforesaid writ petition has been complied with by fixing the pay of the petitioner notionally from 30.06.2013.
