ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges unauthorised construction by respondent No.6 in Natham Survey No.1310/72 in Kammandoddi village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, against which he made a representation on 03.09.2016. Along with the writ petition, no site plan or photographs have been filed.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the only direction to be passed is for the aforesaid representation of the petitioner to be disposed of by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur/respondent No.2 within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of the copy of this order, after causing an inspection of the site within a period of fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order and on obtaining the report from the Tahsildar, Hosur/respondent No.3.
