Learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi makes a statement before the court that the condition for payment of Rs.2 Crores within a period of two weeks from 4.10.2019 has not been complied with though he submits that a Demand Draft for Rs.1 Crore is ready to be handed over to the Bank today.

2. We are sorry to note that the said order was passed on 4.10.2019, on the categorical and bona fide statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner on behalf of the Petitioners and in view of the admitted non-compliance of the said order, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The interim order already granted by this court stands vacated. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
