These petitions have been filed to transpose the criminal revisions filed against the judgments passed in C.A.Nos.244 & 255 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal & District Sessions Judge, Erode as Criminal Appeals and to set aside the order of acquittal dated 07.09.2017 in STC.Nos.212 & 177 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, FTC No.I, Erode.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petitions, both the Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revisions as Criminal Appeals and post the matter before concerned Court 'for Admission'.
