This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the defacto complainant for speedy trial in C.C.No.2022 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial MagistrateVII, Coimbatore. 2.

The final report indicates that the prosecution indent to examine 17 witnesses and the charges for the offence under Sections 420, 506(i), 120 B, 465, 467 & 468 IPC as against four accused. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the matter is ripe for trial. 4.

In the said circumstances, it is suffice to direct the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
