CMP.No.21411 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 614 days in filing the application for restoration of the above CMA which was dismissed for default on 11.01.2023.

2. CMP.No.21413 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the order dated 01.11.2023 in the above CMA which was dismissed for non-prosecution and restore the above CMA.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. It has been brought on record that after the remand of the suit in O.S.No.229 of 2002, the suit got dismissed on 27.10.2025 in view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in the present CMPs and accordingly, the same stands closed. As a consequence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions in CMP SR.Nos.126004, 126005 & 126006 of 2025 also stands closed.
