ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No. 5353 of 2023 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr. K.M.D. Muhilan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that on prosecution witnesses, the prosecution had examined PW1 to PW3. After commencement of trial, the quashment of proceedings in C.C. No. 5353 of 2023 cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
